The returned item(s) will be refunded on the bank account used to pay for the order within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from its receipt by Live Wanda.
An email will be sent to confirm the reception of your parcel and its partial or full refund.

Are the return costs of my order free?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event Live Wanda made a mistake when processing your order, we will be responsible for shipping costs.
